Shipping Policy

• The Customer agrees to pack the consignment in such a manner so that it is not damaged during transportation.

• The CUSTOMER shall ensure that the booking of consignments does not violate or contravene of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or of the Consignment notes. The consignments shall not contain any items or materials which by any law, regulation or provision of any Government or public authority are classified as Prohibited or Restricted or Hazardous or Dangerous, or are declared such by the DGCA, ICAO, DGCA, IATA. In the event any consignment is found to be booked in violation or non-compliance of any law, Rule or Regulation as aforesaid, the Customer shall be solely liable for all consequences and the CUSTOMER agrees and undertakes to indemnify NPL Worldwide Express and its officers in respect of all claims and losses that may arise consequent to such violation or breach. The Customer shall not book any of the following items: (a) Currency (b) Gold (c) Narcotics (d) Explosives (e) Hazardous items (f) Bank DD or Cheque (g) Liquids (h) Radioactive materials (i) Pornographic materials (j) Tender documents (k) Share certificates (l) Glass items (m) Fire arms / ammunitions or part thereof (n) Human or animal body parts/remains or any other article which is banned under the Indian Postal Act, 1896. The Customer shall be liable for all consequences arising from booking of any of the afore-stated items. If any booked consignment is found as contrary to or in violation of the afore-stated terms and conditions, then the CUSTOMER shall be solely liable for all consequences which may arise and/or for all losses suffered by reason of any booking done by it/him contrary to such terms and conditions

• Invoice and National Document Require All Parcel.

• NPL Worldwide Express will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage of the consignment caused due to any Act of God or force majeure including accidents, natural calamities, riot, commotion, strike or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of COURIER or due to inherent defect in the contents or due to criminal acts of third parties. No claim for loss or/ and damage will be entertained by NPL Worldwide Express in such events

• NPL Worldwide Express will do its best to deliver the consignments within a reasonable time period or within specifically agreed time limit. However NPL Worldwide Express will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to delay in delivery

• Any other levies, taxes or duties enforced by the government would be charged extra, if and as applicable.

• NPL Worldwide Express not responsible for the late deliveries due to flight delays, train cancel,offload ,House Lock, Wrong Address, Party Refuse,Address Shifted or taxes and duties .

• NPL Worldwide Express will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential losses of any nature whatsoever arising from delayed delivery or damage or loss of consignment
